If you’re on the phone with them, we’d be happy to set it to a pw they prefer or simply Test123! Just to get them in. In this process we can also confirm for you whether or not they currently utilizing our email portal.
Please don’t hesitate to request a pw change for client’s email, whether they request this via WhosOn or over the phone, they shouldn’t have to wait!
