If you put in a support request for production, the Team Leads will send it to the appropriate person to work on your request. Once complete, you will be responsible to review your work order for proper completion. If the work order has been completed correctly, you will close the ticket and send the client an e-mail notification letting them know their request has been completed.
If the request is not completed, you can send the production request back to the production team member.
