- Promos are going to be sent to clients who have been on the billing list for 2 months that are unresponsive and that have expiring credit cards on file
- When they call in to update their billing, do not bring up the promotion, they are responsible for mentioning the mailer. If they were a recipient of the mailer it will be noted on their account for you to confirm
Steps to follow:
1) Open a ticket for Dennis to apply promo to their account
2) Update the Billing Update Offer Sheet with their account info
