ACTION REQUIRED!!! Facebook Access Needed!!!

We are in the process of setting up your social media and have run into an obstacle when we were trying to connect your account with our system. In order to provide us with access, we need for you to log into the Facebook account, and go to the business page for your practice.
On that page, you will see an option along the top of your business page called “Settings”. You should click this and then select “Page Roles”. In the area where you can add another person onto the page, you should type in the following exactly as it appears: Baystone55
Under the text that you entered, click the profile with the blonde woman with her back to the camera.
Once you've selected the profile, please select the "editor" button next to it, and change it to "admin".
Please be sure to click save at the bottom and enter your password.
After you have finished this process, please let us know that you have authorized us as an Administrator on the account, and we will move forward with connecting your account with our system.

Regaining SM Access

Hello,
We were reviewing our accounts and noticed we need to be added as admins to your Facebook page, as well as your Twitter log in information. We are unable to post to Facebook if we do not have admin access. Please provide us with the login email and password for this Facebook account in order for us to complete the setup of this page and connect it with our system.
If you are not comfortable providing this information, you can follow the steps provided below to add us as administrators on your Facebook business page:
- Log into the Facebook account and go to the business page of your practice
- Along the top of your business page, click the option called “Settings”
- On the left side of the settings page, click on “Page Roles”.
- In the area where you can add another person onto the page, please enter the following:Baystone55
- Next to each the link that you entered, click on the drop-down arrow next to the page role (Admin, Editor, Moderator, etc.) and select "Admin"
- Once both of these emails have been entered and their role is set to "Admin" click the "Save" button and enter your password.
- After you have finished this process, please let us know that you have authorized us as an Administrator on the account, and we will move forward with connecting your account with our system. Please note that we cannot post to your Facebook page again until we are added as an Admin.
Please also reply to this email with your Twitter log in info so that we may begin to tweet for you as well.

Facebook Admin Invite Sent

We have sent an invitation for you to become and admin on your Facebook page. If you can't find the invite in your notifications, you can follow this link to accept the role:

Please make sure you are already logged into your facebook.com/dmitriy.yarovitsky Facebook account before you copy and paste the link into your browser.
Once you have accepted the admin invitation, you will be able to access your business page. In the upper right hand corner of the blue colored bar at the top of the screen, there is a downward facing arrow. This arrow is located next the the question mark inside of the circle. Once you click on this downward facing arrow, the first thing listed should be "Your Pages". Your business page, "Dental Essentials - Irina Yarovitsky, DMD", should be listed for you to select.
Now you are able to switch back and for between your personal and business page the same way, and post freely to both.

Admin Access Instructions

In order to gain admin access to your Facebook Business page, we will need the email you use to log in to your personal Facebook account. Please also include a link to your personal Facebook profile to ensure the right account is added. Once we have the email we will be able to send you a request to your personal account.
