Sales Transfers

Use the following guide to determine whether or not a client should be transferred to sales

Transfer to Sales

  • Client hasn't paid and wants to to cancel 
  • No design call/no site live and wants to cancel 
  • Client paid and wants refund that would end in a clawback 
  • Point of sale (POS)  problems with client
  • Client wants to cancel and is on the SWMI for "not moving FW" - check billing, if not paid
  • Cancelled client wants refund that would end in a clawback - TR to sales


CS Retention / CS Team - Do not TR to sales

  • Client has paid - CS retention
  • Current client wants a refund - check billing 
    • Normally we’ll give a credit if it’s a current client vs. giving a refund
  • Client wants to cancel and is on the SWMI for "not moving FW" - check billing, if paid, we retain
