Use the following guide to determine whether or not a client should be transferred to sales
Transfer to Sales
- Client hasn't paid and wants to to cancel
- No design call/no site live and wants to cancel
- Client paid and wants refund that would end in a clawback
- Point of sale (POS) problems with client
- Client wants to cancel and is on the SWMI for "not moving FW" - check billing, if not paid
- Cancelled client wants refund that would end in a clawback - TR to sales
CS Retention / CS Team - Do not TR to sales
- Client has paid - CS retention
- Current client wants a refund - check billing
- Normally we’ll give a credit if it’s a current client vs. giving a refund
- Client wants to cancel and is on the SWMI for "not moving FW" - check billing, if paid, we retain
