In an effort to get more tNPS survey responses, we have added a system email into the admin. You will now see a "Survey Email" button that you will need to send at the beginning of every inbound call. You will click the button (pictured below), and then click "Send" in the pop up window -- that's it!
At the end of your call, please let the client know that they will receive a survey in their email about their call today.
These emails should be sent to all, inbound, Chiro/Podiatry, non-cancelling clients that still have an account with us.
We should only be sending this email once to a client per day. Please always check the "Last Sent" date underneath the email button to ensure we do not spam the client with survey links.
