To utilize the E-Communication Suite as part of your Gold package, you first need to upload your patients' contact information to the Address Book within your account. We have attached a PDF with the instructions.
If you are not comfortable doing this, please email us the Excel Spreadsheet of your patient contacts, and we will take care of this for you.
