We have been notified by our email provider, Open SRS, that the following account has been suspended due to complaints received by recipients regarding the content of the messages having abusive spam behavior and/or mass-mailing patterns within the OpenSRS Hosted Environment.

Actions we recommend taking to resolve this issue:
- Changing you email password. This can be done by logging into your email address and changing the password under 'settings'
- Running a malware scan on your office computers. It is possible your office computers have encountered a virus. You will want to work with the IT representative in your office to run this scan.
We will un-suspend your email address for now but these steps need to be taken care of ASAP. Otherwise your email will be automatically suspended daily. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
