If a client with multiple accounts/websites call in, clarity within notes and requests is especially important!
- Make sure to clarify what website edits are being requested for.
- If the doctor wants edits on multiple sites, tickets will need to be opened separately per account. This will avoid confusion on production’s end.
- In the account notes, add the Website ID number to your note to specify which site was updated if something important was updated or changed (form lead settings, contact e-mail, admin level items).
