Creating a User in Portal:
-Navigate to the “Manage Staff” tab. This is where you will create login information for the client to access their Portal account.
-On this page, select “Add User”
-Fill out the pop-up using the client’s name and e-mail.
-The “Email for Password Recovery” should always be “[email protected]
-The password should always be “Test123!” (case sensitive) for initial setup
-Click “Save” to be taken to the next pop-up for user creation.
-There may be another pop-up(Email v2 Properties). Simply click “Close” here.
-Click on the key icon to make sure all permissions are checked.
-The login information is now active and will provide access to the client’s Portal.
Unlocking Users in Portal:
After a client logs in with the wrong email/password, they get locked out of the account
-Go to their account in portal -> manage staff -> click icon to unlock the user
-Send PW reset link if applicable
-Client is able to login!
