      ⬜Client’s information (confirm in LD profile / what's on website)

⬜ Fill out 3 additional locations - in order of importance
⬜ Fill out 7 services - in order of importance

Old Editor?

⬜ Fill out keywords in My Marketing - Marketing Package - SEO
⬜ Send Phase One Optimization to Team Lead to send to production
⬜ Site should be live before sending ticket to Team Lead
⬜ Never close a Phase One Optimization Ticket

New Editor?

⬜ Fill out keywords in My Marketing - Marketing Package - SEO
⬜ Send Phase One Optimization to Seth to check the website
⬜ Site should be live before sending ticket to Seth
⬜ Never close a Phase One Optimization Ticket
⬜ Turn on Contacts, Cards, Newsletters in portal
⬜ Email client new editor walkthrough guide

Social Media QRE

If client has Facebook:

⬜ Have them add Facebook.com/BaystoneMedia as ADMIN to FB page
⬜ Paste Facebook profile link in the Initial Setup ticket after submitting the QRE
⬜ Put social/social in the logins for the QRE

If client does not have Facebook:

⬜ Put social/social in the logins for the QRE

⬜ Fill out upsell form

Blog QRE

⬜ Use LP Gmail to create Blogger account
⬜ If they do not have LP with us, create a Gmail account while on the phone using client’s information
⬜ Note Initial Setup ticket with DOB and cell phone number used to create the account
⬜ Include login in QRE Ticket
⬜ Update SM Profile with Blog topics (or simply “use services”)
⬜ Fill out upsell form

⬜ Make sure practice name, address, phone number is the same as on the website
⬜ Fill out the LP profile - My Marketing - Marketing Package
⬜ Save LP profile - will have to scroll all the way down

Email Client Chiro Education email with the jotform
⬜ Open ticket for Team Lead to add product and track QRE
⬜ Fill out upsell form
