How to Call/Notate Billing List
- Navigate to billing list "Payments" -> "Billing List"
- Click on note icon
- Click on the pencil icon to open their account (notate any contact in the account as well)
- Call/email client depending on the day
- Notate billing list record as well
- Set color for the day you called (see below), select the day you chose, and save the billing information
- Move onto the next record
- Once an account's billing has been declined 3x their site will need to be taken offline
- Old editor sites will turn off automatically
- New editor sites will have to be manually turned on to maintenance mode
-Notate call in Salesforce as well*

Dental Email - Baystone/Online Practice - Baystone Suspend Outreach
Chiro - Baystone Billing - Online Chiro Billing
Podiatry - Baystone Billing - Billing Decline - 3rd Attempt
Billing list colors:
Red: Client pointing elsewhere / client wants to cancel
Yellow: Waiting on check from client
Purple: Sales is contacting / client hasn't paid - email ops manager, sales manager, and sales reps in this case to start reaching out
