Outbound Tuneup Campaign


PURPOSE

To reach out to our clients and to provide suggestions as to how to help update their website. This will also be used to call on clients that have not yet chosen a new editor design.

THE PROCESS

  • CS team will be given a list of clients to call
  • Take a look at the client’s website and have 1-3 suggestions for improvement
  • Whether you talk to client or leave a message, you will email the client your suggestions
  • Notate spreadsheet
  • We want to let our clients know that we are here for them!
  • Can also use it as an opportunity to bring up Chiro Patient Education / ancillary products IF APPLICABLE


THINGS TO SUGGEST

  • Migrating their website - old editor clients
  • Updating colors on the website (if displeasing, doesn’t match logo)
  • Adding bios/photos to the meet the doctor/staff page
  • Updating or adding custom content to the home page (check wayback to see the last time the site was updated)
  • Refreshing the design (if they have one of the older, new editor designs)
  • Custom slider photos / add video to slider
  • Add a call to action for scheduling an appointment to the home page
  • Adding a coupon to the home page / slider
  • Add FB/G+/Healthgrades/etc. Links if they don’t have any/not linked correctly
  • Add testimonials
  • Simplifly menu items
  • Upload/send us address book to take advantage of newsletters (Gold clients only)
  • Suggest they update service pages (especially ones that correspond with their keywords)
  • Add a video to homepage/about us page


IF YOU SPEAK WITH A CLIENT

  • Make suggestion to website and remind them they have unlimited support with us - they can call/email in their changes and we will make it for them
  • If applicable, put in ticket with changes if client wants to move forward with the change you suggested (add ticket number to spreadsheet)
  • Send follow-up email to the client with suggestions you made, or details of the ticket you put in
  • If they are not on the new editor, also include a link to the migration survey so they can choose a new design
  • Notate spreadsheet


IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL

  • Make suggestion in the voicemail and let them know we are trying out our new bi-annual health check on their website
  • Remind them they have unlimited support with us - they can call/email in their changes and we will make it for them
  • Send follow-up email to the client with suggestions you made
  • If they are not on the new editor, also include a link to the migration survey so they can choose a new design
  • Notate spreadsheet
