EPP Code (client manage their own domain)

Hello Dr.

We are contacting you in regards to transferring your domain (DOMAIN.com) away from REGISTRAR, so that we can manage it for you.

Right now we are just waiting for you to request an Authorization Code (commonly known as an EPP code) from REGISTRAR. You can also provide us with your REGISTRAR login information and we will request it for you. Once you receive this code from REGISTRAR you can forward us that information to [email protected] and we will initiate the domain transfer from there.

We will continue to reach out to you to ensure we get the information we need to manage your domain.

EPP Code (Client canceling with another)

Hello Dr.

We are contacting you in regards to transferring your domain (DOMAIN.com) away from REGISTRAR, so that we can change you name servers of the domain to make your new website with us live.

Right now we are just waiting for you to confirm you cancellation with COMPANY and to get an Authorization Code (commonly known as an EPP code). Once you receive this code you can forward us that information to [email protected] and we will initiate the domain transfer from there. If they release your domain in to an account you can also forward us the account login information to request and make these changes for you.

If you chose to keep the domain in your own account that is perfectly acceptable. You will need to make sure you renew your domain on your own so it does not expire, but to make your site live, all you need to do is change your name servers to the following:

arya.ns.cloudflare.com
david.ns.cloudflare.com
